Presentation:  Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop, blackshell with silver inlay, Intel Pentium Dual-Core T2390, 1GB DDR2-667, 120GB hard drive, running Windows Vista Service Pack 2.  Machine looks to have been taken care of very well, rating a 9.5/10 on the Brent scale.

Problems:  Computer is thought to have some spyware/virii installed on the machine. Initial boot is shown to be unresponsive after 45 second of inactivity, and BSOD appears and restarts machine in infinite booting loop.  

Proposed Solution:  Backup data including all pictures, documents, drivers and such onto external medium.  Reformat computer and reinstall Vista SP2 and restore data.  Security integrity looks to have been compromised on older installation due to a keylogging malware installation.  Hosts file and keylogged data file were broken down and checked for transmission of secret information.  No information has been transmitted that could impair owner.
